We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise in Spring Boot and frontend integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern development frameworks, containerization, and monitoring tools, along with a solid understanding of Agile practices. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient enterprise applications in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Java-based web applications using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and REST APIs.

- Work across all layers of the stack from backend services and databases to API integrations and front-end components.

- Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures for scalability and performance.

- Integrate applications with Kafka for event streaming and message-driven communication.

- Build, deploy, and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes in a CI/CD environment.

- Implement continuous integration and delivery using Git, Jenkins, and Maven (or equivalent build tools).

- Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Splunk or Datadog, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, and QA to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

- Document design, development, and deployment processes for maintainability.

- (Optional) Explore and implement AI tool integrations for automation or analytics where applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4- 8 years of professional experience in full-stack Java development.

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with :

1. Spring Framework and Spring Boot (including REST API development)

2. JPA/Hibernate and database integration

3. Git, Jenkins, Maven (or equivalent CI/CD tools)

- Minimum 4 years of experience with :

1. Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes

2. Monitoring tools like Splunk or Datadog

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best coding practices.

- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban).

- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge or experience using AI/ML tools or frameworks.

- Understanding of DevOps pipelines and container orchestration best practices.
