Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and React.js to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in back-end and front-end development, with a focus on creating efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Web Application Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.

- Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.

- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code that adheres to best coding practices, including solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring applications run efficiently at scale.

- Testing & Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and participate in system-level testing to ensure high-quality code.

- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for new features and existing systems.

- Collaboration & Communication: Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and work closely with other developers to deliver high-quality products on time.

- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices to ensure data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Key Requirements :

- Proficiency in Java: Strong hands-on experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework.

- Front-End Skills: Experience in front-end technologies, especially React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related libraries like Redux.

- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for solving complex technical problems.

- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
