Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, high-performance, and scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Drive architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable, and align with overall enterprise architecture.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.

- Develop and maintain highly responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Redux, and other modern front-end development tools.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.

- Work with and integrate with various data sources, ensuring efficient data flow and management.

- Hands-on experience with at least one major Cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deployment, scaling, and managing cloud-native applications.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and embrace DevOps practices to ensure automated builds, testing, and deployments.

- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate.

- Contribute to technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and deployment guides.
