- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications using Spring and Spring Boot

- Implement scalable and robust backend solutions using Core Java

- Develop and optimize database objects using SQL and RDBMS concepts

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and web services

- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making

- Collaborate with frontend teams and work on React JS integrations

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, production, and performance-related issues

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required

- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in Core Java

- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot

- Experience with Hibernate / JPA

- Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and RDBMS concepts

- Good understanding of REST APIs and enterprise application development

- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React JS or Angular

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Microservices Architecture

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, and Gradle

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
