We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our team across multiple locations in India. This leadership role requires a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience and deep expertise in modern full-stack development. You will be instrumental in driving technical direction, leading global development teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions using Java, React, Node.js, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

Technical Leadership & Mentorship :

- Team Leadership : Serve as a technical leader, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to offshore or distributed development teams.

- Code Quality : Own the responsibility for code quality, technical design, and adherence to engineering best practices across the full stack.

- Problem Solving : Utilize excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills to clear technical roadblocks and drive continuous improvement.

Full Stack Development Expertise :

- Backend Mastery : Possess strong technical expertise in Java for building robust, high-performance backend systems and APIs.

- Frontend Proficiency : Solid knowledge and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React, for developing dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

- API/Service Layer : Experience with Node.js for building highly scalable microservices and APIs.

- Database : Expertise in SQL for database design, optimization, and complex query writing.

Delivery & Governance :

- Methodology : Ensure project delivery is executed efficiently using Agile or Scrum methodologies, leveraging tools such as Jira for tracking and collaboration.

- Global Collaboration : Use strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with global teams, particularly clients or stakeholders potentially in US time zones (Preferred).

- Process Alignment : Previous experience managing multi-vendor or cross-functional teams is highly valued.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- Core Stack : Minimum of 8+ years strong experience in Java, Node.js, React, and SQL.

- Leadership : Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.

- Process : Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies and Jira.

Preferred Skills (Industry & DevOps) :

- Industry Domain : Familiarity or knowledge of specialized logistics/supply chain systems such as Cold Storage, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).

- DevOps/Cloud : Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.

- Certifications : Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master or SAFe) or relevant technical specializations.
