About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Java Solution Architect with 15+ years of expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java technologies, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture, with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.

- Define technical roadmaps, architectural standards, and best practices for the organization.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design scalable solutions.

- Guide development teams in microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architecture.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization.

- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability in solution designs.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where applicable.

- Mentor developers, provide technical leadership, and support project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of IT experience, with extensive expertise in Java/J2EE technologies.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.

- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Expertise in architecting distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.

- Solid knowledge of design patterns, enterprise integration, and application security.

- Proficiency in databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make architectural decisions under pressure.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to big data, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and API Gateways.

- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or large-scale enterprise systems.

- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architecture are an added advantage.
