About the Role :

We are seeking a Java Developer to join our dynamic team at NCG (NetConnect Global). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Java applications while ensuring high performance and best coding practices. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

- Enhance existing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, agile environment.

- Research and propose new tools and methodologies to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- 36 years of hands-on Java development experience.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful web services.

- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
