About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java and DB2. The ideal candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced, enterprise environment and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional experience with modern DevOps and development tools will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Java, JDK, Spring Boot

- Knowledge of WebSphere Application Server (WAS9)

- Experience with DB2 for backend database operations

- Proficiency with Rational Application Developer (RAD)

- Exposure to GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and debug applications using Java, Spring Boot, and DB2

- Work on deployment and maintenance within WAS9 environments

- Collaborate with DevOps teams using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a UK shift setting

Work Details:

- Shift Timings: 2:30 PM IST 11:00 PM IST (UK Shift)

- Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid/Onsite)

- Contract Role: Candidates must be local to Hyderabad and open to contract engagement
