Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices to join our team immediately.

The ideal candidate will have solid backend development experience, exposure to production support and troubleshooting, and the ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments.

This role involves both development and support responsibilities, ensuring application stability, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot

- Build and enhance Microservices-based architectures

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs using Spring Data and related frameworks

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects

- Provide application support including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and fixes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

- Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and documentation

- Participate in deployment, monitoring, and post-release support activities

- Support continuous improvement initiatives for application stability and performance

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development

- Strong expertise in :

1. Java

2. Spring Boot

3. Microservices architecture

4. Spring Data

5. REST API development

- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging production issues

- Hands-on experience in support roles (L2/L3 support preferred)

- Strong understanding of backend system design and integration

Nice to Have Skills :

- Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL)

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
