Java Developer - Spring Frameworks

Job Title : Java Developer

Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad (Work From Office only)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in enterprise-grade application development, especially in microservices and event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze user stories and convert them into functional, high-quality software.

- Collaborate with leads, engineers, architects, product managers, and stakeholders to understand technical and functional needs.

- Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring frameworks, and Kafka.

- Ensure quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.

- Monitor and maintain APIs using ELK and Dynatrace dashboards.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban team environment using tools such as JIRA.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in :

- Java, Spring, Spring MVC, Struts 2, and Microservices

- Event-driven architecture using Kafka

- RESTful APIs and API documentation tools (preferably Swagger)

- CI/CD tools : Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar

- Git with advanced branching strategies

- Relational Databases : Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, including SQL scripting

- API testing and tools like SoapUI or Postman

- Data handling : manipulation, migration, scrubbing, flat file staging/uploading

- Monitoring tools : ELK, Dynatrace

Cloud & Database :

- Azure Cloud exposure

- NoSQL experience (preferably Cosmos DB

Front-end/UI exposure : jQuery, ReactJS, JSON, JavaScript

Additional Technology Experience (Good to Have) :

- Classic ASP

- ColdFusion

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Passion for quality code and automated testing
