Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and PostgreSQL.

- Develop and deploy cloud-based applications on AWS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.

- Contribute to architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of applications.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across geographies for seamless software delivery.

- (Optional but preferred) Support frontend integration using Angular or Bootstrap frameworks.

Requirements :

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 510 years in software design and backend development.

- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles.

- Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and PostgreSQL.

- Proven experience in AWS cloud application development.

- Exposure to Agile/Lean methodologies and DevOps tools & processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a multi-country, cross-functional environment.

- Frontend development experience with Angular or Bootstrap is a plus.
