Job Description
About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our product team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Java development, with proven experience in building scalable, high-performance applications in a product-based environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions for large-scale systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Work on database management and integration with backend services.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Explore and implement cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Must-Have Skills :
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices.
- Prior experience in a product-based company with exposure to scalable application development.
- Strong knowledge of backend development & database management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
