Job Title : Java Spring Boot Developer with MongoDB

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with strong expertise in developing microservices-based applications and hands-on experience with MongoDB. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coding skills, experience in REST API development, and a good understanding of cloud-native applications and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.

- Design and implement database solutions using MongoDB.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging activities.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability requirements are met.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17.

- Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Framework.

- Experience in developing Microservices architecture.

- Good knowledge of MongoDB database design and optimization.

- Experience with REST APIs and JSON.

- Hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate.

- Knowledge of Maven or Gradle build tools.

- Experience with Git version control systems.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging platforms.

- Understanding of security frameworks such as OAuth2 and JWT.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
