Role Overview :

As a Java Developer based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend solutions that power our clients' core business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and QA engineers, to translate complex business requirements into high-performing, scalable code. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability and evolution of our microservices ecosystem, directly influencing the user experience and operational reliability of the platforms we support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-grade applications.

- Design and maintain secure REST APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between disparate system components and third-party integrations.

- Execute the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by participating in requirements analysis, system design, coding, and deployment processes.

- Perform rigorous functional testing and code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability.

- Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts to identify and resolve complex production issues, minimizing downtime and improving system resilience.

- Optimize SQL queries and database interactions to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage within high-traffic environments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-level applications.

- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture, with the ability to design modular and maintainable system components.

- Solid understanding of OOPS principles and design patterns, enabling the creation of clean, reusable, and efficient codebases.

- Proven ability to manage complex SQL databases, including query optimization and schema design.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of effectively debugging and troubleshooting distributed systems.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
