Senior Java Developer (4-10 Years)

Role Summary :

In this senior role, you will provide technical leadership and architectural guidance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex distributed systems, ensuring high scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architecture & Design : Lead the design of distributed applications using Advanced Design Patterns (e.g., Singleton, Factory, Strategy) and SOLID principles.

- Advanced Backend : Develop enterprise-grade solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka or RabbitMQ).

- Security : Implement secure API authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth2

- Mentorship : Conduct technical deep dives and mentor junior developers to improve overall team code quality.

- Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve application bottlenecks, focusing on memory management and high-traffic scalability.

Required Skills :

- Core Tech : Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful API.

- Advanced : Expert knowledge of Design Patterns and System Architecture.

- Frontend : Proficiency in either Angular or React.

- Cloud & DevOps : Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and container tools like Docker or Kubernetes is highly preferred.
