We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our backend engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable and secure backend systems using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Development : Architect, implement, and maintain robust, scalable Java services using Spring Boot (MVC, Data JPA, Security, etc.).

- API & Microservices : Design and manage RESTful APIs and microservice architectures ensuring clear contracts, versioning, and backward compatibility.

- Performance & Security : Optimize application performance through profiling and caching; enforce security standards including OAuth2/JWT and data encryption.

- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across development, staging, and production environments; lead incident responses when required.

- SDLC Participation : Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and production support.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest Java ecosystem, Spring Boot enhancements, and JVM optimizations; actively share knowledge within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Java Expertise : 2+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java and Java EE with deep understanding of JVM internals, concurrency, and memory management.

- Spring Boot Ecosystem : Proven experience with Spring Boot modules (MVC, Data JPA/Hibernate, Security).

- Microservices & APIs : Proficient in designing, documenting (OpenAPI/Swagger), and securing RESTful APIs; experience with API gateways is a plus.

- Persistence & ORM : Strong SQL knowledge with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL); expertise in Hibernate/JPA.

- Version Control & Builds : Skilled with Git (branching strategies, code reviews) and build tools like Maven or Gradle.

- Testing & Quality : Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito); familiarity with code coverage and static analysis tools.

- Containerization & Cloud (Plus) : Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an advantage.

- Soft Skills : Strong analytical mindset, clear communication, and proactive ownership; comfortable working in a remote Agile setup.
