Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.

- Work on the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis,

development, testing, and deployment.

- Optimize application performance and scalability using best coding practices.

- Implement security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms using OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security.

- Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and write efficient queries.

- Develop and manage Microservices with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and system reliability.

- Follow Agile methodologies, participate in daily stand-ups, and contribute to sprint planning.

Required Skills :

- Java 8+ - Strong experience with modern Java features like Streams, Lambdas, and Functional Programming.

- Spring Boot - Hands-on experience with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.

- Microservices - Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.

- RESTful APIs - Strong understanding of API design, JSON, and HTTP methods.

- Database Management - Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).

- Messaging Systems - Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ is a plus.

- Containerization & Cloud - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- CI/CD & DevOps - Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.

- Testing & Debugging - Familiarity with JUnit, Mockito, and Postman for API testing.
