We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in backend development and solid exposure to financial or stock broking systems. The candidate will be responsible for building secure, high-performance, and low-latency backend services used in trading and financial applications. Prior experience in the finance/stock market domain is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components for trading, order management, and real-time data processing.

- Implement multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimizations for high-load systems.

- Integrate backend services with trading gateways, market data feeds, KYC APIs, and payment services.

- Database & Search Work with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for financial transactions and reporting. Use Elasticsearch for search, logs, and analytics.

- Optimize queries, indexing, and data pipelines for high-volume financial data.

Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS) :

- Deploy and manage backend services on AWS using : EC2, Elastic Load Balancer, VPC, IAM Monitor system performance using CloudWatch and implement alerts for critical events.

- Work with DevOps teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure AWS infrastructure.

- Monitoring & Telemetry Configure logging and monitoring using tools such as : CloudWatch Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack Ensure proactive identification of performance issues and production incidents.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in Java backend development.

- Strong expertise in : Java Spring Boot REST APIs

- Multithreading Microservices Hands-on experience with : AWS (EC2, ELB, VPC, IAM) Elasticsearch MySQL/PostgreSQL CI/CD tools

- Experience working on trading, fintech, stock broking, or real-time financial systems.

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
