Must Have Skills :

- Java, Springboot, Microservices, Hibernate

- Strong in Java and Spring Boot

- Good in problem solving (medium level expected)

- Familiarity with 3 to 4 design patterns - should be able to implement them confidently

- Examples : Singleton pattern, Validation patterns

Additional Skills :

- Capable of leading small features/modules independently

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and microservices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Apply strong problem-solving skills to design robust and scalable solutions (medium-level complexity expected).

- Implement 3-4 design patterns confidently within application modules (e.g., Singleton, Validation, Factory, Builder, Strategy, etc.).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality features.

- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
