Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and manage microservices-based architectures ensuring high availability and security.

- Design, develop, and maintain business process workflows aligned with banking and financial requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Integrate workflows and services with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

- Optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot existing workflows and microservices to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Ensure adherence to banking domain standards, security guidelines, and regulatory compliance.

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track tasks using JIRA.

- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring support to junior developers.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system designs for future reference and training.

- Stay updated with the latest Java, Spring Boot, and microservices best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of banking and financial systems.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
