About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems that power our business applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.

- Participate in software design discussions, code reviews, and architecture planning.

- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability.

- Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) and ORM frameworks.

- Implement security and data protection measures in line with best practices.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment, CI/CD, and cloud integration.

- Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 26 years of experience in Java application development.

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency with SQL and database design concepts.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).

- Good understanding of object-oriented design (OOP), data structures, and design patterns.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code
