What Youll Do :

- Drive modernization projects upgrading applications to the latest stack (Java 21, Spring Boot 3.3+, Gradle, MongoDB, Kafka).

- Design and build scalable, high-performance, and reliable systems.

- Troubleshoot complex issues in threading, messaging, and data management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, performance, and design.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What Were Looking For :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.

- Proficiency in databases (MongoDB, DB2, Sybase, SQL).

- Solid grasp of algorithms, system design, and microservices.

- Familiarity with Kafka, IBM MQ, CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes.

- Bonus : Experience with Python or financial systems.
