We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable applications, working with microservices, and deploying solutions on cloud-native environments.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Work on data persistence layers using Hibernate/JPA with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Develop event-driven applications leveraging Kafka and GCP Pub/Sub.

- Deploy, manage, and monitor services on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Must-Have Skills :

- Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA

- RESTful API development and Microservices architecture

- Messaging systems: Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub

- Hands-on experience with GCP services and GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)

- Proficiency with relational databases: MySQL or PostgreSQL

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

- Familiarity with containerization using Docker

- Cloud certifications (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
