Java Developer - Spring Boot

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our fast-growing product-based team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong backend development skills and a passion for creating high-performance, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 8 and the Spring Framework.

- Build and deploy microservices-based architecture to support scalable, distributed systems.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and

deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application bugs.

- Engage in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and apply them where applicable.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Experience working in product-based companies and understanding of scalable product design.

- Solid understanding of backend development, including API development, integration, and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and hands-on experience in data modeling and management.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).

Eligibility :

- Must be currently located in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
