Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Java Spring Boot Developer to take up the role of Lead Developer. This position demands someone who can make key architectural decisions, lead a team of junior developers, and take complete ownership of backend systems. Candidate should be a clear communicator who can drive projects independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java Spring Boot.

- Take ownership of the architecture, system design, and key technology decisions.

- Lead and mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practice sharing.

- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure successful project delivery.

- Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

- Ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability across all services.

- Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery, from planning and estimation to deployment and monitoring.

Required Qualifications :

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architecture design.

- Proven experience in leading development efforts and making architectural decisions.

- Good knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
