Java Developer - Spring/Azure

Job Description :

Were seeking a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure to build and deploy scalable cloud-native applications. This role blends backend development with cloud engineering to deliver secure, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs

- Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Blob Storage)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and project scope

- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy via Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

- Ensure application security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Azure Identity services

- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization

Skills & Qualifications :

- Backend : Java 8+, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs

- Frontend (optional) : React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript

- Cloud & DevOps : Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, AKS, Azure DevOps, Docker

- Architecture : Microservices, CI/CD, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Event-driven patterns

- Databases : SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB (preferred)

- Other : Git, Agile/Scrum, PowerShell or Bash scripting

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 5+ years of Java development experience

- 2+ years working with Azure cloud services

- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate) are a plus
