Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and J2EE technologies.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable application designs.

- Collaborate with development teams by providing clear technical designs and implementation guidance.

- Build and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable microservices.

- Participate in technical planning, effort estimation, and risk assessment for project delivery.

- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and support.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience.

- Strong proficiency in Java 18 or above and Core Java.

- Solid understanding of Java fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and design principles.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and writing efficient database queries.

- Practical experience with multithreading, concurrency, REST API development, and third-party API integration.

- Ability to analyze requirements and create technical designs that can be effectively implemented by development teams.

- Good understanding of J2EE technologies and enterprise application development.

- Experience working with Shell Scripting.

- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience using Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

- Familiarity with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Maven for automated build, testing, and deployment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in project estimation, resource planning, and identifying delivery risks.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Java developer with strong expertise in modern Java technologies, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, SQL, and multithreading. They should be capable of converting business requirements into technical designs, mentoring development teams, and contributing to project planning. Exposure to containerization, CI/CD practices, and basic front-end technologies will be an added advantage.
