Java Developer - Microservices Architecture

Role : Java Developer with Node.js Expertise

We are seeking a Java Developer with Node.js expertise to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role requires strong backend development skills with proficiency in both Java and Node.js, working in a hybrid model that combines remote flexibility with periodic in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Node.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes.

- Integrate with databases (SQL and NoSQL), third-party services, and internal APIs.

- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).

- Proficiency in Node.js for backend development.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API development.

- Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is preferred.

- Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with tools like JIRA.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
