Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and IBM Sterling OMS, responsible for building and supporting scalable backend systems and order management solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java & Spring Boot

- Work extensively on IBM Sterling OMS (Order Management System)

- Develop and enhance order lifecycle workflows and integrations

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

- Integrate with external systems and enterprise platforms

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Java backend development

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture

- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS

- Strong understanding of order management workflows

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns

- Good knowledge of SQL / databases

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka / MQ)

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Understanding of distributed systems
