About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design and implement scalable software solutions. You will be responsible for solving technical challenges that impact product delivery and will play a key role in enhancing system frameworks, reviewing code, and driving quality development practices.

Job Responsibilities :

- Analyze and refine technical requirements

- Develop high-quality, detailed software designs

- Write efficient and maintainable code following best practices and standards

- Conduct unit testing using automated test frameworks

- Review the work of other developers and provide constructive feedback

- Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies

- Own configuration and deployment of your work

- Stay updated with industry trends and apply them to development practices

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead

- Strong core Java programming skills

- Proficiency in Full Stack Development with hands-on experience in : Java, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Springboot and UI/UX principles

- Good exposure to cloud platforms, especially AWS

- Working knowledge of Linux-based environments

- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns

- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
