Java Developer

About the Role:

Terralogic is looking for a Java Developer with strong backend development fundamentals and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java-based applications while working closely with DevOps, QA, and engineering teams to build, deploy, and maintain applications across environments.

This role requires candidates who are comfortable working in rotational shifts and are willing to make a minimum 18-month commitment with the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java.

- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and application components.

- Work with Docker to containerize applications.

- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications in Kubernetes environments.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.

- Work with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.

- Use Git for source-code management, branching, merging, and collaboration.

- Troubleshoot application, deployment, and environment-related issues.

- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders.

Tech Stack:

- Java, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot, Microservices, Maven/Gradle, Linux/Unix, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
