Java Developer

Role : Java Developer

We seek a proactive Java Developer with deep expertise in Spring MVC and JSP to join our enterprise application development team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, experience with J2EE application servers, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.

You will develop new features, optimize performance, and contribute to reusable components that improve our platforms efficiency and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify opportunities to reuse or design reusable components.

- Prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery.

- Write and maintain JUnit tests.

- Participate in performance tuning and optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented design.

- Expertise in Spring MVC and JSP.

- Experience with J2EE application servers (WebLogic or JBoss preferred).

- Solid understanding of Oracle and SQL (performance tuning a plus).

- Familiarity with browser-based and servlet-based application architecture.

- Experience with JUnit.

Additional Skills :

- Exposure to Unix/Linux environments.

- Experience in Agile development teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
