Java Developer

Job Description :

- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java and Python.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support large-scale applications.

- Develop and deploy AI/LLM-based applications and intelligent AI agents.

- Work with cloud-native architectures (GCP preferred) and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

- Apply advanced machine learning techniques (e.g., embeddings, transformers, attention mechanisms, sequence-to-sequence models, and generative AI models).

- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and other backend developers to deliver AI-powered products.

- Implement best practices for performance optimization, code quality, and continuous integration (CI/CD).

- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and backend technologies.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of backend development experience.

- Strong Java and Python programming skills.

- Experience in REST API design and integration.

- Hands-on experience with cloud services (GCP preferred).

- Practical knowledge of AI/LLM applications and frameworks.

- Familiarity with generative AI and modern ML concepts.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Fluent communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills (Big Plus) :

- Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).

- Knowledge of risk and compliance domains.

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
