We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with 7-15 years of experience to build scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot, microservices, and real-time data pipelines, along with expertise in event-driven architecture using Kafka.

This is a remote opportunity to work on mission-critical, high-volume systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot

- Build and maintain real-time data pipelines and streaming systems

- Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka or similar technologies

- Develop high-performance, low-latency backend systems

- Work on RESTful APIs and distributed systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring Boot

- Experience in microservices architecture

- Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven systems

- Experience in building real-time data pipelines / streaming applications

- Strong understanding of distributed systems and system design

- Experience with REST APIs

- Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, etc.)

Mandatory Requirement :

- Candidates must have hands-on experience in building real-time data pipelines and event-driven systems using Kafka and Spring Boot

- Only candidates with product-based company experience will be considered (service-based experience will not be considered)

Good to Have :

- Experience with RabbitMQ / Spark / Flink

- Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
