About the Role :

We are looking for talented Java Backend Engineers to join our growing technology team in Bangalore. In this role, you will design and develop high-performance, scalable backend services using Java or Scala, and build robust cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS and microservices architecture. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features that power mission-critical applications.

Senior Software Engineer :

Required Core Tech Stack :

- Java or Scala

- AWS

- Kubernetes

- Terraform

- Jenkins (or similar CI/CD tools)

Mid-Level Software Engineer :

Required Core Tech Stack :

- Java or Scala

- AWS

- Kubernetes (preferred) OR Docker/other containerization platforms

- Terraform (nice to have if strong in containerization)

- Jenkins (or similar CI/CD tools)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement tier-1 microservices using Java or Scala.

- Develop asynchronous cloud-based processes for large-scale data transformation.

- Collaborate on technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

- Participate in code reviews and architecture reviews, ensuring high-quality standards.

- Work in an Agile/SCRUM environment, contributing to Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Standups, and Retrospectives.

- Provide on-call support for critical production services on a rotational basis.

- Own features or services end-to-end from design and development to deployment and monitoring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver robust solutions.

- Quickly ramp up on new domains, tools, and technologies as required.
