Description :

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java-based backend systems and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, building, and scaling highly available backend services in a cloud-native environment. This role requires technical leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using Java frameworks

- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS

- Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB

- Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability

- Lead backend design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

- Collaborate with product managers, frontend teams, DevOps, and QA teams

- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

- Participate in production support, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, multithreading, collections, and JVM concepts

- Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and design patterns

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including :

1. EC2, S3, Lambda

2. API Gateway

3. RDS / DynamoDB

- Experience with cloud-based deployments and distributed systems

- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

- Experience with Docker and containerized applications (ECS/EKS is a plus)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git)

- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance best practices
