Job Description

Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based backend services and APIs, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.


- Collaborate effectively with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA specialists to deliver integrated, high-quality software solutions.


- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to established best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.


- Actively participate in system design, code reviews, and architectural discussions, contributing to the evolution of our backend systems.


- Optimize application performance and scalability through profiling, tuning, and implementing efficient algorithms and data structures.


- Ensure the development of secure and compliant backend services, adhering to industry standards and internal security policies.


- Troubleshoot and debug production issues promptly and effectively as part of the on-call rotation, ensuring minimal downtime.


- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation efforts, streamlining development and deployment processes.


Requirements :


- 6-11 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Java backend applications and RESTful APIs.


- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring MVC).


- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.


- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).


- Familiarity with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.


- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).


- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.


- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
