- Code Quality & Best Practices : Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.

- Technical Troubleshooting : Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal system functionality.

- Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with other team members, product managers, and stakeholders to thoroughly understand requirements and provide effective technical solutions.

- Code Reviews : Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Java for backend development.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building microservices and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with Microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React. js.

- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.

- Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
