Java Backend Developer - Spring Boot

Mandatory Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development

- Strong expertise in Microservices architecture

- Proficient in Core Java and Spring Boot

- Strong experience with RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Added Advantage (Must be Hands-on) :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microservices, Java, and Spring Boot

- Practical exposure to AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Microservices

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between services

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers) to deliver high-quality solutions

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability by implementing best practices in coding and infrastructure

- Participate in code reviews, adhering to best coding practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance
