Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop and implement microservices-based architecture for high-performance applications.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.

- Develop event-driven applications and integrations using Apache Kafka.

- Design and optimize data storage and access using MongoDB.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and production issue resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

- Follow best practices for coding, performance, security, scalability, and application reliability.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java development.

- Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.

- Good experience with Apache Kafka.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB/NoSQL databases.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend application development.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, design principles, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education :

- Any Graduate; relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.

Total Experience : 5-10 years
