Role : Java Backend Developer

Experience Required : 5+ years

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building scalable RESTful services, cloud-native applications, and enterprise-grade backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java/J2EE technologies

- Build and enhance Microservices-based applications using Spring and Spring Boot

- Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle, MySQL, and Cassandra

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, code quality checks, and automated testing practices

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and refactoring activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle

- Follow clean coding standards, design patterns, TDD/BDD, and best engineering practices

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs

- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns

- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, and/or Cassandra databases

- Exposure to Cloud technologies and DevOps practices

- Experience with SCM, CI/CD, build and deployment tools

- Knowledge of code scanning, unit testing, and automation frameworks

- Good understanding of TDD, BDD, and Agile methodologies

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with modern cloud platforms

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools

- Exposure to enterprise-scale distributed systems
