Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer (Female) to join our growing software product team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, designing scalable systems, and working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, test, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using Java and related frameworks.
- Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and security guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and deployment processes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
