Java Backend Developer

Position : Java Backend Developer with Multithreading :

Experience : 4+ years

Role : Individual Contributor

Must Have :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+

- Excellent Core Java knowledge (Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections, Callable/Runnable, Immutability)

- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, JUnit

- Ability to own requirements and deliver independently (no handholding)

- Experience with RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases (Cassandra preferred)

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

Nice to Have :

- Kafka or similar messaging systems

- Microservices & REST APIs

Skill Metrics :

- Core Java

- Core Java coding

- Multithreading

- Spring

- Kafka or any message queue

- Microservices (Good to have)
