We are looking for experienced Java Backend Developers to join our team and build robust, scalable backend services. You will work on core backend development using Java, design and implement microservices, and contribute to architecture and system design collaborating closely with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Core Java, applying strong OOP and data structure principles.

- Build, deploy, and manage microservices using frameworks such as Spring Boot.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with other services/systems, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Implement messaging/streaming or event-driven integrations (e.g., using Apache Kafka) where required.

- Participate in system design, architectural discussions contributing to scalable and efficient system solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA, DevOps, and clients participate in requirement gathering, sprint planning, code reviews, and deployments.

- Maintain code quality, follow best practices, and ensure smooth releases including testing, debugging and resolving production issues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree (BTech / Engineering / Equivalent) from a reputed institute.

- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in Java backend development.

- Strong command of Core Java, with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and building microservices architecture.

- Experience working with messaging/streaming platforms like Kafka.

- Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
