Java Backend Developer

Are You a Seasoned Backend Developer? We're Looking for You!

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our remote team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. If you're passionate about clean code, design principles, and modern development practices, this role is for you.

Key Skills & Technologies :

- Java 11 or Higher : Solid expertise in core Java, functional programming, and modern Java features.

- Spring Boot (v2.7+) : Hands-on experience in building microservices and REST APIs using Spring ecosystem.

- Database Expertise : Strong command over Oracle DB fundamentals, including schema design, performance tuning, and data modeling.

- Persistence Layer : Skilled in JDBC, Hibernate ORM, HQL, and writing optimized SQL queries.

- Data Formats : Practical knowledge of working with JSON, XML, and YAML for configuration and data exchange.

- Web Technologies : Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs using industry-standard best practices.

- Version Control : Proficient in Git (via Git Bash, SourceTree), with experience using Bitbucket for code collaboration.

- Collaboration & DevOps Tools : Familiarity with JIRA for task tracking, Confluence for documentation, and Jenkins for CI/CD automation.

- Build & Testing Tools : Experience with Maven, Gradle, and Postman for testing APIs.

- IDEs : Comfortable working with Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA (IntelliJ installation is mandatory).

Bonus (Optional) Skills :

- Messaging protocols like AMQP 0-9-1, AMQP 1.0.

- Message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Apache ActiveMQ, or Azure Service Bus.

- Understanding of messaging patterns (Publisher/Subscriber, Point-to-Point) and event-driven architectures.

Requirements :

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on backend development experience.

- Remote-only opportunity.

- Must have IntelliJ IDE installed on your development machine.
