Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java AWS Full Stack Tech Lead to drive end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Java backend, AWS cloud services, modern frontend frameworks, and team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cloud-native solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and modern UI technologies.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

- Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver end-to-end features.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance.

- Drive cloud adoption and automation using AWS services.

- Own technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.

- Strong expertise in AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).

- Full-stack skills : experience with React/Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience in REST API development, API integrations, and cloud-native architecture.

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and cloud deployments.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding teams.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with serverless applications.

- Knowledge of Terraform/CloudFormation.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
