- 12+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in solution or technical architecture roles.

- Proven expertise in backend system design, distributed systems, and integration architecture.

- Experience designing and deploying applications on Azure or AWS.

- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of OAuth2, SSO, and security design patterns.

- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
