Java Architect - Spring/Hibernate

Description :

- We are seeking a highly experienced Java Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical architecture, driving best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement end-to-end architecture for large-scale, distributed applications using Java-based technologies

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with business requirements

- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams

- Drive adoption of microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and containerization

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams for solution

alignment

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of critical issues

- Mentor and guide senior developers and engineering teams

- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10-15 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies

- Proven experience in designing enterprise-grade applications and system architecture

- Strong hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate

- Expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Strong understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ

- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL & NoSQL)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with event-driven architecture and domain-driven design (DDD)

- Exposure to API gateways, service mesh, and distributed tracing tools

- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards

- Prior experience in leading large engineering teams or projects
