Job Description

We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join The Patch Infotech.

We are accepting job applications for Java- 8+ Years profile with a strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Java applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security

- Define and maintain technical architecture for Java-based applications, including microservices and REST APIs

- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and design sessions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, and developers

- Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools

- Guide teams in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Address application performance, availability, and scalability

- Oversee integration with external systems and third-party services

- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelines

- Mentor and guide junior architects and senior developers

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in an architecture role

- Expert-level proficiency in Java SE/EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful services

- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes)

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Familiarity with database design and technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, SonarQube)

- Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

- Deep understanding of design patterns, UML, and software architecture principles

- Experience with frontend integration (Angular, React) is a plus

- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills
