Required Skills :


We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based solutions.

- Lead the design and integration of healthcare information systems, EHR/EMR platforms, and interoperability services.

- Ensure all application architectures comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare data privacy regulations.

- Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Cloud-native architectures (Azure Preferred)

- Proficient with security best practices, OAuth2.0, JWT, encryption, and audit logging.

- Exposure to DevOps pipelines and should have basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Mentor development teams and perform architecture and code reviews and implement SonarQube recommendations

- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and database procedures

- Should have worked with API Gateway (example Azure APIM) used in microservices and should know how to implement Rate limit

- Should be familiar with Azure Gateway and nginx

- Should be able to define technical Non-Functional requirements (NFR) and lead the team to implement them

Must-Have Skills :


- 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development and architecture.

- Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Cloud-native architectures.

- Hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards : HL7, FHIR, DICOM, X12, CDA is preferred.

- Strong understanding of HIPAA and PHI (Protected Health Information) data handling.

- Experience integrating with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.) or healthcare data platforms.

- Proficient with security best practices, OAuth2.0, JWT, encryption, and audit logging.

- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Exposure to DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
